Currently engaged in a significant construction project in South East Queensland, we are on the hunt for a talented individual to join our team.
If you are someone who aspires to redefine the contours of landscape architecture or architecture, aligning built spaces with the natural world, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities: Revise existing architectural drawings and create new, detailed plans as necessitated by a prominent construction project.Ensure all designs adhere strictly to the National Construction Code and Building Code of Australia, with a sharp eye on landscape and architectural integrity.Work in close collaboration with the project team, contributing to high-quality documentation that aligns with both project standards and our ethos of environmental compatibility.Commit to the project with the potential for involvement extending from the immediate up to Christmas and possibly into the next year, subject to project milestones and evolution.Adapt flexibly to project exigencies, maintaining high standards of design and detail across varied project stages.Qualifications and Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in ArchiCAD.Comprehensive understanding of Australian building codes and regulations, especially as they pertain to landscaping and architectural constructions.At least 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting, with those having a specific focus on landscapes or related fields highly preferred.Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities autonomously and adapting to changing project demands with agility.A sharp eye for details, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for melding functionality with aesthetic appeal.Available for part-time work, adaptable to both planned and spontaneous site activity needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
