In the role of Architect, we'll count on you to: 
Coordinate the architectural design process, developing alternative solutions and presentation graphics used to communicate concepts Collaborate with project teams on design development drawings and models Produce high quality study models, renderings, montages, diagram, presentations, sample and / or image boards Participate in design and documentation reviews Assist with product research Participate knowledge sharing and team initiatives Utilise HDR systems and processes and understand compliance requirements of external statutory codes and standards in application of the requested duties Perform ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Architecture Strong portfolio with a great eye for presentation and attention to detail A keen interest in personal and professional development Strong technical skills and proficiency with design software tools such as Revit, Rhino and Adobe suite Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related fieldA minimum of 10 years experienceRegistered ArchitectExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)Excellent written and communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and processDemonstrated graphic presentation skillsMust have experience in preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specificationsStrong knowledge of codes and good planning skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We Believe
