Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and talented mid-level Architect to join our Sydney studio in a role that will see you work across a range of exciting projects, including multi-residential, health and retail.THE ROLEAs an Architect you'll demonstrate knowledge, skills, experience and industry insight in project design, delivery and management. You'll coordinate and manage the needs of a team of designers and delivery-focused individuals.
You will work with project teams from client contact, briefing and delivery to provide project outcomes in a timely manner, in budget and in accordance with the professional / consultancy services agreement and the Company's quality systems.
You'll be able to lead teams, but will also be comfortable working autonomously.
ABOUT YOUYou will have knowledge and experience across all project stages including client briefing, concept design, design development, documentation, consultant coordination, construction and delivery.
You will be able to work stand-alone as well as manage a small team and possess minimum of 6 (six) years post-graduate experience in a similar role within an Architectural practice.
You must have or be eligible for Design Practitioner certification under DBP. Experience;
Experience in commercial architecture, specifically projects in large multi-residentialExperience in health, retail, sport or hospitality/hotels highly regarded but not essentialMust be a registered architectStrong Revit capabilitiesESD / Greenstar accreditation highly regardedStrong client liaison, negotiation and business developmentThe ability to lead and manage design and delivery to client brief and objectivesPersonal Attributes:
