You should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. You should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, articulate, and document project briefs and proposals to deliver innovative, functional design solutions and high-quality project outcomes that respond to client needs.Manage/assist to manage the preparation, collate information from the sub-consultants, coordination and submission of fee proposals, capability statements, expressions of interests and complex tenders/submissions from start to completion.Work closely with the Director/Regional Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.Manage tendering processes, analyse tender outcomes, and prepare reports for clients.Author technical design solutions supported by AutoCAD and REVIT skills.Manage fees and internal project budgets.Coordinate work within project teams, including external consultants through all phases of a project to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.Occasional travel may be required.Qualifications3+ years of experience in construction and architectureTertiary qualifications in ArchitectureRegistered Architect in AustraliaStrong organizational, creative and presentation skillsProficient in AutoCAD and REVITBenefitsFlexible Work ArrangementsProfessional DevelopmentEmployee Assistance Programs (EAP)Wellness Programs & Social ActivitiesLearn more about Hodgkison at www.hodgkison.com.au.Contact Zaigham Lilani directly for a confidential discussion via or call .#J-18808-Ljbffr
