About the role Exciting opportunity for you to join the dynamic team at ARCH as an Architect. 
In this full-time role based in our Brisbane studio, you will play a key strategic role in delivering innovative architectural solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. As an Architect with our team, you will contribute to the design and development of high quality projects across a range of sectors, collaborating with a talented interdisciplinary team that works nationally across Australia.
Responsibilities Design Leadership; Explore authentic place-based understanding and creative thinking through conceptual development and detailed documentation for tender and constructionProject management acumen; Manage scope of services, program and resourcing with available fees to successfully deliver on our clients aspirations and commercial expectations.Industry experience; Broad and deep knowledge in Architectural and Construction industry knowledge, application and buildability in Australia.Team Leadership; Lead the project team to develop well considered architectural design solutions for projects in a mentored and supportive national single-studio culture.Desirable Attributes  Experience of Hospital project delivery.Masters of Architecture (or equivalent) at a recognisable Tertiary institutionArchitect with minimum 5 years experience delivering significant scale or complex projects (minimum 3 years of which are in Australia), ideally with hospital project experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have evidence of proven time management skills in delivering projects on time, design thinking and architectural resolution.Strong technical skills in architectural design, including the use of Revit, Rhino, dRofus and other softwareExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesOutstanding communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with relevant building codes, regulations and sustainability standardsPassion for delivering high-quality, user-centric architectural solutionsAt ARCH, we believe that supporting our workforce translates to our workforce better supporting our business. We value our employees and commit ourselves to fostering their abilities.
