Conrad Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Architectural practice in central Manchester. They are looking for an Architect to join their Healthcare-sector team. This person would ideally come from a background specifically working within the Healthcare sector and have a genuine interest in staying working in this sector.

This thriving company has established an outstanding reputation as one of Manchester's busiest Architectural practices. They work across a wide range of design sectors, but this role will have a particular Healthcare-sector focus; think hospitals, private medical facilities, and everything in between. Projects range from smaller-scale to large-scale projects exceeding £100m. The Manchester studio (Head office) is home to an established team of design professionals, including a vastly experienced management team, Architects, Seniors, Associates, and Directors. They also have a talented Technical team that helps to support an excellent working environment in which individuals can thrive and achieve their true potential, all whilst being exposed to a vast array of truly inspiring Architecture. There is a culture of internal promotion, with several key senior members of staff having joined the company in more junior roles and been with the company for over 10 years.

This particular vacancy would best suit an Architect that meets the following criteria:
A minimum of 3 years' post Part III experience.Project experience across all RIBA work stages would be beneficial.Proven UK project experience, preferably in the relevant sectors (Healthcare).A good working knowledge of REVIT/BIM as well as AutoCAD, the Adobe suites, and SketchUp.Excellent communication skills (both written & spoken English).The ambition to progress & develop professionally within this practice. Salary: £36,000 - £42,000
