After all, that's where the action's at...!An obsession with providing the best guest experiencesProven experience in all areas of a hospitality venue (bar, kitchen, functions etc)Strong time management skills and high level of experience in administrative tasks - being able to balance these with being a hands-on front of house managerA burning desire to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business!Keen?
