Working from home is available 2 days per week in this role.
Role and Responsibilities: Title: Architectural Drafter (ArchiCAD) Location: Ormeau, QLD Reporting to: Drafting Manager Responsibilities: Creating detailed working drawings for residential projects. Liaising with local shires and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations. Ensuring all drawings meet building codes and standards. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Required Experience: Previous experience in residential building drafting using ArchiCAD. A deep understanding of building codes and regulations. Proficiency in using ArchiCAD software. A consistent CV and proven track record in similar roles.
