THE OPPORTUNITY Join a beautiful 3-chair dental practice with an operating theatre that has built a reputation as an innovator and forward-thinker in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. It is a popular practice with a beautiful setting and high technical standards and performs general and boutique-style dentistry led by a respected general and cosmetic dentist.
The practice has been experiencing rapid growth over the past few years and in addition to that, the Principal is looking to reduce clinical hours - this combination means that the practice is looking to hire an expert, high-performing and experienced Dentist to join the team.
The treatments you'll get your hands on will include aesthetic dentistry/veneers, smile makeovers, full mouth rehabs (very high demand), crowns, bridges, root canals, surgical/extractions, and Invisalign in addition to general dentistry. Performing endodontic treatment is also important in this position.
The practice has a very loyal patient base, a high patient flow being in a busy shopping district and a healthy and effective marketing budget which has generated outstanding results. The practice is based in the Epping area.
Flexibility for the amount of days you'd like to do (2, 3 or 4 days) - there will be busy books no matter what you choose.

You'll also be supported by a team of expert dentists, a highly experienced Principal Dentist who is great with cosmetic and complex dentistry and an experienced team of front desk, client experience and nursing staff that have previously managed large practices.

ABOUT YOU You are an experienced, high-performing Dentist that prioritises patient education and providing quality care You particularly enjoy doing endodontics and cosmetic dentistry and you are highly experienced in the area You have a portfolio of cases/case photos You seek stability in employment and would like to foster a loyal and still growing patient base You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed among peers You have a friendly chairside manner and can communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable You may be open to performing (or learning) other complex dental procedures and you are comfortable performing general dental procedures You have AHPRA registration without conditions You hold current professional indemnity insurance You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things Does this sound like you?
