What is the role? As the Arcade Manager for our Kingpin Canberra venue, you will lead our Arcade team and Fun Creators with a passionate & nurturing style. Oversee our fabulous arcade, ensure all games provide a remarkable guest experience and champion safety!! You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
Who are you? A hands on & effective leader with sound knowledge of running a fast-paced food or retail business Driven to proactively increase sales and drive better business results by creating and leading a high performing guest service team Strong understanding of stock management & able to run a slick stocktake operation!
