What's the role? Deliver repair services by communicating with customers Initiate contact with customers in preparation to inspect their vehicle Facilitate vehicle inspection (Digital and/or Onsite) and capture required images of the customer's vehicle to enable accurate estimating. Answer internal and external customer enquiries via multiple methods including face to face, email and phone Requirements: Customer service and sales skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
