Role Overview: As part of a dynamic and innovative team, you will deliver Advanced Life Support ALS1/ALS2 to a diverse range of participants and organizations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver ARC-accredited ALS1/ALS2 training, including the pre and post-administration, following the ARC guidelines and as directed by the Training Delivery Coordinator and RTO Manager.
Promote ethical behavior and alignment with Aspen Medical's Social Purpose and B Corp principles.
Delivery of ALS1/ALS2.
Conduct training courses in a manner that generates authentic learning experiences for diverse learner groups and contexts.
Ensure that all training sessions are conducted following Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and that the safety and well-being of participants are maintained.
Pre- and post-course administration, ensuring completed paperwork is submitted to the Training Academy promptly.
Manage and coordinate the training equipment, including logistics, maintenance of training kits and client supplies.
As required, participate in the Aspen Medical Training Academy Trainer workshops to ensure that all trainers maintain consistent and up-to-date information.
Support the moderation of training and assessment content and materials through post-training delivery feedback and debriefing sessions.
Travel may be required to interstate locations, including overnight stays and occasional weekends.
Maintain quality documentation to meet RTO and ARC requirements.
Skills, Qualification and Competencies: ALS1/ALS2 Course Director, qualification issued by ARC.
Experience in delivering training programs to a range of audiences that incorporate adult learning principles.
The ability to manage and work with diverse stakeholders to achieve planned training outcomes.
The ability to produce successful outcomes by working cooperatively within the team and organization.
An understanding of Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.
A current unrestricted driver's license.
Flexibility to undertake occasional interstate travel for work.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends.
