$44.29 an hour Immediate Starts Temporary Role What You Will Be Doing Our client have a temporary vacancy for an experienced Arborist. Working as as part of a team, Arborists are responsible for undertaking the maintenance and care of Councilâs trees, streetscapes, recreational reserves and sporting grounds by utilising specialist skills and knowledge in arboriculture. The successful candidate will be actively identifying, reporting and where possible fixing workplace hazards, undertaking general landscaping, performing general arboriculture duties and safely operating arboriculture machinery and plant in the performance of work tasks. You will primarily work location will be situated in Beverley, Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 3.30pm. What You Will Need Tree maintenance and pruning experience Knowledge of arb practices including equipment and operations Knowledge of tree and plant identification, suitability and use Experience in managing risk and hazards when completing arb duties Ability to interpret landscape planting and construction plans QUALIFICATIONS Essential Certificate 3 in Arboriculture / Horticulture or equivalent experience Experience of working safely at heights MR Licence White Card Accredited Desirable Certificate 2 in Electrotechnology High Risk Work Licence â Elevated Work Platform (11 metres) About WorkPac WorkPac is Australiaâs largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
