Organisational Change Manager
Start Date: 16 December 2024
Length: 6 months + 2 x 6-month extension
Location of work: SA, VIC
Role Responsibilities:
Developing a framework that will support the successful adoption of change initiatives across the organisation Play a critical role in establishing a robust and sustainable approach to change management Developing and embedding effective change management strategies, practices, and processes to ensure smooth transitions during transformations, system upgrades, and other business changes Develop and implement a wide range of project-related communication artefacts Work collaboratively with senior leadership, project teams, and employees to ensure change initiatives are well planned, communicated, and executed, minimising disruption and maximising engagement and adoption Key Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or related field (required) Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus. Minimum of 5 years' experience in change management, organisational development, or related fields Experience in leading change initiatives across a variety of functions or departments is highly preferred Strong expertise in change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools Ability to design and implement change strategies tailored to the unique needs of the organisation Experience in delivering training and workshops to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and employees Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process) Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate organisational dynamics Strong analytical skills to assess impact and effectiveness of change initiatives Leadership and coaching capabilities, with the ability to inspire and engage others Who is Araza:
