There is also flexibility available in start/finish times. The position is based at their Eastern suburbs base but has hybrid work from home + office arrangements during school holiday periods. Full training and support is provided.Duties;monitoring debtor payment historiescontacting new families with no direct debits establishedcontacting all families with outstanding fees longer than 12 monthscontacting families who've had declined paymentsentering debtors data into systemmonthly reportingcontacting families with direct debit stop datesMaintaining confidentiality regarding the financial data and information of the CollegeRecord all debtor communication in to Synergetic including phone call notes, emails etc.devising payment plansInvoicing/receiptingLiaising with key internal stakeholdersOther ad-hoc duties as required by Finance and Business ManagerAbout YouIdeally you will have come from a background where you have collected monies from consumers directly, this could be from the Health, Utility, or Banking/Financial services sector. However, candidates with high level communication/customer service skills from other industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
