Join our innovative and fun venue obsessed with our guest's experience!The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified, friendly, and skilled Aquatic Services Coordinator to build and lead a passionate, professional, and highly engaged swim school team.The Aquatic Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and operation of the swim school and related services and will lead the Aquatic Services Officers / Swim Teachers to ensure the delivery of swim school programs to the highest standard possible.Key responsibilities include:Implement and promote the GOSwim program in line with Belgravia standardsImplement processes for the success of the GOSwim ProgramAdhere to business plan objectives and events calendarAchieve set KPIs including financial performance, number of schools attending the program, retention of schools, and maintain NPS and mystery shop scoresManage budgets and prepare required reportsAbout YouYou will have a passion for swimming and the progression of students.
Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport and positive relationships with diverse individuals.
A commitment to customer service excellence is required.To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment and demonstrated ability to lead a team.
You possess values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect, leadership, and accountability and must be able to run swim classes in the absence of a swim teacher.About the QualificationsNational Police CheckCurrent Level 2 First Aid & CPR CertificateWorking With Children Check (or equivalent)Current Swim Teaching Certificate - Teaching of water swimming and water safetySwim Teaching extension certificates (desirable but not essential)Previous Swim School Coordinator ExperienceStrong people leadership with an ability to inspire othersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLegally entitled to work in AustraliaThe CompanyBelgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest growing leisure organisation in Australia.
