About the roleAs the Aquatic Physiotherapy Coordinator, you will provide clinical leadership to ensure the provision of safe, high-quality physiotherapy services in the designated clinical stream (Aquatic Physiotherapy) across Barwon Health. Lead the monitoring, analysis, and development of services in the designated clinical stream within the expectations of the Barwon Health Strategic Plan, the relevant Service Plan(s), and the Physiotherapy Business Plan.
Provide and develop flexible and responsive physiotherapy services in the designated clinical area, applying evidence-based, informed, client-centered care within a multi-disciplinary setting. Work effectively as a member of the highly performing inter-professional teams providing patient care in the designated clinical area. Provide physiotherapy and inter-professional teaching, supervision, support, and development of students. Represent Barwon Health Physiotherapy as the Clinical Lead Physiotherapist for the designated clinical stream, as required.
