Salary range: $88,483 to $96,766 per annum + 13% superannuation.
Build and shape a positive team cultureFree membership to Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic CentreAbout the roleThis role supports the City's success by coordinating and providing technical assistance for the daily supervision, programming, and delivery of aquatic programs at the Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre (DKHAC).
It ensures compliance, fosters engagement, maintains consistent service delivery, and drives continuous improvement.
Role accountabilities include:
Responsibility and accountability for the operational aspects of the DKHAC Aquatic teamDevelop and implement policies, procedures, audit processes, and key performance indicators for the DKHAC Aquatic areasManage and oversee continuous improvement of process and proceduresYou will have proven experience in a similar role in leading, coaching, mentoring, developing, and supporting a high-performance culture, with strong aquatic industry knowledge.
In addition, you will have an aquatic teaching qualification such as AUSTSWIM and Bronze Medallion certification and Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
