As a People & Culture Advisor, you will provide expert HR advice and support across the organisation. Key areas of focus include:
Provide pragmatic guidance on employment legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices. Prepare and maintain P&C documents, including contracts, policies, and formal correspondence. Manage end-to-end recruitment and contribute to talent retention strategies, supporting our Employer Value Proposition (EVP). Manage the Graduate Program ensuring a strong pipeline of future talent, supporting long-term business growth. Partner with managers to address employee relations matters, including coaching on performance development, performance management, and disciplinary processes. Drive key initiatives such as "Best Place to Work" and B-Corp sustainability goals to enhance employee experience and impact. Coach managers to lead effective career development and performance conversations. Support the development of HR policies, compliance frameworks, and training initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records, action the People & Culture inbox promptly, and generate timely HR reports. 2-3 years' experience in a similar HR role Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements Proficiency with P&C software (e.g., Employment Hero) and Microsoft Office Suite Experience coaching managers and delivering culture and engagement initiatives OUR VALUES At the heart of our business are our values, guiding everything we do:
