$91,702 - $104,753 + up to 15.4% Superannuation Perth - WA The Role Maritime and Strategic Communications Systems Program Office (MSCSPO) is seeking a Contract Support Officer to undertake an important role in support of the Very Low Frequency submarine broadcast capability on behalf of the Australian and United States Navies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your skill and experience to undertake co-ordination and management activities.
Key responsibilities and expectations for this important role include:·  Providing continuity of business support to the Support Services Manager, for activities undertaken in Australia on behalf the RAN and US Navy.
Manage the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the Contract, ensuring they are updated and reviewed as required including the timely co-ordination of feedback to the contractor.
Manage the Survey and Quote (S&Q) provisions of the contract including the liaising with VLF Engineering for the development of S&Q taskings and tracking of project deliverables by the contractor.
About our Team Maritime and Strategic Communications Systems Program Office (MSCSPO) is responsible for the support of the RAN/USN Very Low Frequency (VLF) capability (and its enabling services and infrastructure) at Naval Communication Station Harold E Holt (NCSHEH), Exmouth, WA which is managed under a Treaty agreement between the United States and Australian Governments.
The VLF Sustainment Team manages all activities of the service delivery contractor to ensure they are efficient, effective and represent value for money to the Commonwealth.
This involves the co-ordination of program, contract and project management, engineering, logistics and technical functions.
