Only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply.About the RoleThe Media Branch is part of the Strategic Communications Division. The branch is responsible for engaging with the community through media, social media, digital media and events.The Social Media team sits within the Media Branch and is responsible for all content published on agency social media channels. The team own two key streams of work, social media content strategy which includes content creation and advertising and social media analytics, listening and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring, analysing, and reporting on performance and trends across various social media platforms, identifying areas for improvement.Developing and implementing social media strategies that align with NDIA priorities.Contributing towards the management of the day-to day operations of the NDIS social media platforms, including content sourcing, calendar creation, scheduling, posting, and monitoringCoordinating the delivery of a targeted social media advertising strategy.Leading social media intelligence gathering and identify opportunities for information sharing.RequirementsAustralian CitizenshipAbility to copy write in plain EnglishExperience in social media analytics and monitoringInterested?
