Powers of a Registrar Assisted Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mediation Arbitration Conference of Experts Position Overview The Court & Tribunal are embarking on a transition from an existing on-premise environment that includes Share Point, on-premise network drives, and legacy collaborative tools to a Share Point Online environment.
This strategic move aims to enhance our collaboration capabilities, streamline our document management processes, and improve overall productivity.
The Share Point Online Administrator will be responsible for continued management of the organisation's Share Point Online environment.
This role will be pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition to Share Point Online, providing support and training to users, and maintaining the integrity and security of the Share Point Online environment.
Duties Migration Project for initial 12 months: Facilitate the migration of on-premises Share Point to Share Point Online.
Facilitate the migration of on-premises network files storage to One Drive and Share Point Online.
Collaborate with existing project team migrating tools such as HCL Connections to Share Point Online.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and minimal disruption during the migration process.
Develop and implement a migration strategy, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
During and after Migration Project completion: Manage and maintain the Share Point environment, including site collections, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Ensure a suitable backups & restoration regime and ensure disaster recovery processes are in place.
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on Share Point functionalities and best practices.
Create and maintain user documentation and guides.
Implement and enforce security policies to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and Information Security Manual (ISM).
Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and customize Share Point solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment of Share Point capabilities with organisational goals.
Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders effectively.
Selection Criteria Proven experience as a Share Point Administrator, with a strong understanding of Share Point Online and on-premises environments.
Experience in planning and executing Share Point migrations.
Strong knowledge of Share Point architecture, workflows, and customization.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Share Point Administrator or similar are a plus.
Familiarity with modern Share Point features, such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
Project management experience is a plus.
Eligibility Australian citizenship – the successful applicant must hold Australian citizenship.
Security and character clearance – the successful applicant must satisfy a Police Records Check, and may also be required to complete security clearances during the course of their employment.
Successful applicants engaged into the APS will be subject to a probation period.
