Our ideal candidate will have experience in the day-to-day operation of a technical service desk and be able to manage internal and external stakeholders with a measured approach, focusing on generating outcomes that benefit Open Arms, its staff, external partners and, most importantly, its clients. To facilitate this, we are looking for a technical analyst with customer service experience and the ability to monitor, troubleshoot and assist in the management of the Open Arms' client management system (VERA).

Where a non-ongoing position is offered, the role will be filled for an initial specified term of up to 23 months.
A merit pool of suitable applicants may be created which may be used to fill future ongoing and non-ongoing vacancies should they become available over the next 18 months.
Successful applicants engaged into the APS will be subject to a probation period.
