Assist Project Officer(s), Senior Project Officer(s) and Assistant Director(s) during election delivery.
Provide guidance and triage queries of less-experienced staff.
Follow complex processing procedures with precision and accuracy.
Apply sound judgement and specialised knowledge to process complex PVA exceptions.
Handle elector information with precision and sensitivity.
Coordinate the processing team to meet critical deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Capable of basic data entry.
