This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.
The Role If you are an experienced APS 6 Senior Program Officer with experience in the grant selection and management process, have experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders, are based in Canberra, and looking to start a contract in the next couple of weeks, this just might be the role for you!
Duties Monitor, implement, and maintain processes that contribute to management across the grant scheme/s pre-award lifecycle. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including responding to grant applicants and holders, Selection Advisory Committee members, and expert reviewers with a customer-centric approach. Undertake data checking and development of grant-related documents. Coordinate and support meetings and presentations as required. Work flexibly across teams to provide support across the Programs Branch as required. Required Skills and Knowledge High level interpersonal and liaison skills and being a strong team member. Project and time management skills, including the ability to manage tight and conflicting deadlines. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and experience in problem-solving. High level attention to detail. Good oral and writing skills. Good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to problem-solve technical issues or escalate to technical areas if required.
