Aps6 Senior Graphic Design Lead

APS6 level - lead a small team with support North Canberra location Print and digital design management The Opportunity You'll be joining a small Government agency who are responsible for providing accessible information and statistics to inform and support better policy and service delivery decisions across Australia.
As an APS6 you will lead a small team of junior designers and be responsible for managing a busy workload of design requests.
Key duties will include: Deliver high quality, brand compliant graphic design products for print and digital mediums including: - Develop and/or carry out design briefs from start to finish - Develop storyboards from brief to mock ups and ready art for print and web publication Develop branded messages for our key stakeholders and generating ideas, as part of the broader team, for new creative directions Manage digital assets and ensuring graphic files meet industry standards Skills and Experience required: Previous experience in the APS is highly desirable Proven in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in Adobe In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
Strong working knowledge of contemporary design principles and brand development.
