The Digital Strategy and Planning Branch sits within the Technology and Finance Division. The Branch is responsible for developing and implementing future technology strategies and solutions for DVA. The position is part of the Digital Experience Section which focuses on providing a seamless user experience across DVA's primary digital service touchpoints to enhance their usability, accessibility, and efficiency. The team works to understand and optimise the needs of people and business through co-design activities, collated evidence and data analysis, to continuously improve their digital experiences.

EligibilityMandatory RequirementsThis recruitment process is being used to fill ongoing and/or non-ongoing position/s. For more information about the role, please see the Candidate Information Pack.
Where a non-ongoing position is offered, the role will be filled for an initial specified term of up to 23 months.
A merit pool of suitable applicants may be created which may be used to fill future ongoing and non-ongoing vacancies should they become available over the next 18 months.
Successful applicants engaged into the APS will be subject to a probation period.
