The role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with stakeholders to uplift their procurement capabilities and ensure high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and guidance on procurement and contract management to internal stakeholders. Develop and improve procurement and contract management frameworks, including policies, processes, and templates. Lead the planning and management of procurement projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in procurement practices, with a focus on achieving best practice standards. Experience: Proven experience in procurement and contract management, particularly in a government or ICT environment. Qualifications: Certificate IV or Diploma in Government (Procurement and Contracting) is highly desirable. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to manage complex internal and external relationships effectively. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capability in analysing complex information and providing strategic advice. Leadership: Experience in mentoring and guiding staff, with a focus on promoting a healthy and safe working environment.
