About the Role:
As an APS6 level Case Manager, you will:
Lead and manage a team to deliver case management services. Undertake complex case management activities guided by legislation and policy. Resolve issues and risks while maintaining high standards of performance. Provide technical and professional advice on complex problems. Participate in strategic planning and policy development for our client. Apply alternate dispute resolution methods in line with model litigant principles. Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings with the AAT. Maintain accurate electronic records to support decision-making processes. To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience in case management, particularly with complex matters. Strong decision-making skills, backed by evidence and a deep understanding of legislation. Ability to engage with vulnerable participants and manage associated risks. Proficiency in interpreting and applying policies and procedures. Knowledge of the Disability sector and supports for people with disability (highly desirable). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
