HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled APS6 Level Business Analyst (Labour Hire) for an exciting opportunity with a reputable government agency located in CANBERRA ACT.
The position requires you to apply your expertise to design and implement business improvements that will directly enhance customer experiences and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities: Produce and analyse reports using standard statistical techniques.Coordinate divisional and branch reporting requirements.Develop business functional requirements aligned with policy and legislative frameworks.Translate business metrics to support internal stakeholders in optimising customer experience.Design and deliver workshops and communication materials for complex systems.Implement governance, compliance, and performance tracking systems.Maintain audit and risk controls and resolve issues as they arise. About You
We are seeking candidates with:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis techniques.Excellent decision-making and documentation skills.Experience working with governance, compliance, and performance monitoring systems.Desirable: Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and developing/testing on-screen guidance and automated correspondence.
