The Role The Governance Coordinator collaborates with the Programs in Land Capability Division to schedule the once star steering groups (PSGs) and provide a summary to inform the two star steering groups.The Governance Coordinator conducts After Activity Reviews and provides quarterly reverse SITREP reports on the conduct of capability governance forums conducted across Land Capability Division.
About our Team The Land Domain Management team co-ordinate governance, performance and risk across the Division.
This includes providing resources and advice to the Programs as well as co-ordinating steering groups that are aligned with Army's Senior Committees.
The small blended team support each other across these functions.
Our Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work with autonomy and limited supervision and able to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will: Be able to communicate effectively.
Have strong interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic, display initiative and willingness to learn.
Have good written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to work independently and as part of a small team.
Be adaptable, resilient and flexible in response to changing priorities, comfortable meeting deadlines and prioritising workloads.
Experience in project support or management is preferred but not essential.
