They are seeking a new team member to help deliver on their commitments to government.About The Position - APS6 Finance Business PartnerAs an APS6 Business Partner, your role will include providing detailed financial planning and analysis services to your Service Area partners, including budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, financial analyses, and other ad hoc requirements. This role sees you building relationships with critical internal clients across the organisation and driving initiatives to continuously evolve FP&A services to support the performance and operationsYou will provide support to various business areas and provide input into a range of financial and budget activities such as end-of-month reporting, forecasting, accruals, journaling, coordination of activities relating to expenditure, and ad-hoc corporate requests.Your Skills & ExperienceTo be a contender for this position, you will have experience with:Monthly results preparation, analysis, and management reporting, including analysis of P&L results during and following period end close, and the preparation of monthly management packsPerforming financial budgeting, forecasting, and planning to better enable the organisation to achieve its strategic goals.Performing financial analysis including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, driver-based analysis, and other forms of financial modeling.Providing meaningful financial insights to clients through regular and ad hoc management reporting.Supporting continuous improvement through BAU activities and projects.Experience in similar roles such as management accounting and financial operationsAccounting or Finance qualifications are highly desirable but experience in performing position tasks without qualifications will also be consideredYour Skills & ExperienceTo Be a Contender For This Position, YouAre inquisitive and have an analytical mindAre self-motivated, have an inquisitive mind and enjoy leading and supporting peopleHave good listening and both verbal and written communication skills and experienceGenuinely enjoy engaging with co-workers and business to provide good internal client services and can manage competing priorities to get work doneHave a high level of personal integrity, honesty and professional competenceHave experience using easySAP (SAP) and TM1 (BRACS) highly desirableAccounting or Finance qualifications are essential for this roleEligibility & How to Apply You must be an Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline security clearance to be considered for this vacancy.If you would like to discuss the above position or find out more about how we can best support and represent you, including any adjustments or accommodations with this process, contact Siobahn Condie via SMS/phone 0488 032 429 or email ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
