APS6 Finance Business Partner Your new company You will be working within a large department that is responsible for ensuring the safety of all Australians. You will get to work on large budgets with exciting subject matter. Your new role Your new role has a breadth of responsibility which may include however, not be limited too: Engaging with stakeholders of all levels on a regular basis, including presenting at monthly meetings. Support junior staff and provide assistance. Provide timely, accurate financial advice and analysis to support decision makers. Financial analysis, forecasting and accurate estimates. Have a sound understanding of TM1 and be able to utilise for budgeting purposes. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have experience working within the APS in a similar role with the ability to hit the ground running. The preferred candidate will have relevant qualifications being a Bachelor of Accounting and or CA or CPA qualified or working toward. This client has a requirement for candidates to be able to obtain and hold an AGSVA recognised security clearance.
