The Opportunity

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency based in Richmond or Geelong, we are looking forBusiness Analyststo join the Service Design and Improvement team. These are 12 month assignments, working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and will be paying between $60.26 and $80.34 per hour plus super based on experience.

The roles will work across multiple projects aimed at creating and implementingsolutions that simplify and improve processes and outcomes.

Key skills required for role; Business process analysis:Proficiency in analysing and documenting current state versus future state process maps.Requirement gathering:Ability to elicit, document and manage business requirements into Epics and User StoriesProblem-solving:Strong problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvementsTesting:Ability to undertake systems testing against defined acceptance criteria during the build and testing cycles of developmentStakeholder engagement:Facilitating workshops with other stakeholders, Business Analysts, User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) Designers and technology teams.Risk assessment:Identifying potential issues or risks, tracking problems, recommending alternatives, and escalating issues as appropriate.System thinking:Developing and maintaining subject matter expertise across new systems and processesTo Apply
