$91,702 - $104,753 + 10% BDCP + up to 15.4% Superannuation Campbell Park - ACT The Role Defence is seeking a Digital Engineering Solutions Officer who has the skills, knowledge and experience in the integration and delivery of complex technical products, working with limited supervision.
Attributes include: A well-developed understanding of model-based systems engineering.
A sound understanding of Naval Electronic Warfare tactics, techniques and procedures.
A demonstrated ability of using Model-Based System Engineering Software (in particular CATIA Magic Systems of Systems Architect).
An understanding of Defence policy and strategic objectives (in particular the Defence Strategic Review and National Defence Strategy).
Have the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders, using a range of demonstrated communication skills.
The ability to task, schedule and resource a team to provide products (reports, briefs, presentations and documentation) to the quality and timeliness required by his supervisor.
This role is eligible for an additional remuneration benefit known in Defence as a Building Defence Capability Payment (BDCP).
This enables Defence to provide a premium, in addition to the base salary otherwise payable under the Defence Enterprise Agreement (DEA), for positions in occupational disciplines/classifications that are critical to Defence capability.

About our Team The Directorate of Navy Electronic Warfare is a small team with diverse skillsets.
The Team works collaboratively with the rest of the Navy Intelligence & Information Warfare Branch, other elements of the ADF, Industry, and Academia to provide specialist input to RAN and ADF Information Warfare concepts, plans and projects.
