Demonstrated abilities required:
Identify organisational challenges and problem statements and turn them into analytical and data business requirements.Articulate complex information into simple messages that can be consumed by key stakeholders with varied levels of data literacy.Design and build reports, dashboards, and data products that support business processes and deliver business insight.Understand and apply best practice analytics methodologies.Translate subject-matter expert and stakeholder discussions into data and reporting products.Translate key data insights into value-adding products.Showcase good analytical and evaluating skills with strong programming experience (SAS, SQL, Python, R, etc).Experience working in an industrialised cloud Data Lake and/or EDW environment.Process Mapping - Able to translate discussions into data flows and process documentation.Experience working within project management frameworks, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.As an analyst within the organisation-wide digital transformation program, you will conduct analysis to undertake data quality assessments, data quality remediation processes, modelling and documenting data, mapping data from legacy systems to target systems and models, and entity resolution.
