$91,702 - $104,753 + 10% BDCP + up to 15.4% SuperannuationCampbell Park - ACTThe RoleThis is an exciting and dynamic position that will see the successful person become a member of the team that manages and governs a critical enabling capability on behalf of the Australian Defence Force (ADF).The position plays a key role within the team that manages the Health Services Contract that includes various contracted health services (Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Healthcare), contract governance, contract performance and supply, demand and budget within a broad, multi-disciplined and complex setting.The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing contract related documentation including templates, reports, risk and performance reviews, contact change proposals and other contract documentation.
The role will face competing priorities within a fast-paced environment and the person holding the role will need to be flexible regarding daily tasks to support strategic priorities.This role is eligible for an additional remuneration benefit known in Defence as a Building Defence Capability Payment (BDCP).
This enables Defence to provide a premium, in addition to the base salary otherwise payable under the Defence Enterprise Agreement (DEA), for positions in occupational disciplines/classifications that are critical to Defence capability.

The team supports the Director to monitor and manage the contract management framework including governance and performance, compliance and risk, the contracted health services (Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Healthcare) and commercial governance.The contracted health services (Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Healthcare) include, Integrated Contracted Health Professional Workforce, 24 hour Medical Advice, Triage and Referral Service, Specialised Services, Imaging and Radiology, Pathology, and Occupational Rehabilitation Services.As a Contract Management Officer you will be adept at managing the relationship with the Contractor and stakeholder requirements of Garrison Health Services with respect to the effective delivery of Health Services.Our Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have contract management experience, excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
