The aim of the DART program is to improve NDIS Commission system functionality and responsiveness to reduce the administrative burden on providers and support our governance and monitoring processes.
The DART program will also improve identification and response to both immediate and systemic NDIS risks.
As a Communications Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in driving effective and engaging interactions with stakeholders while enjoying a collaborative and flexible working environment.
You will be able to demonstrate: Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content Experience developing and executing modern communication strategies across multiple channels Ability to think creatively and innovate communication approaches to enhance engagement Confidently presents messages clearly, concisely, and articulately, selecting appropriate communication mediums Collaborative team player who can build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders and clients.
About the Role Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan to support program objectives Create engaging and innovative content for SharePoint, Teams, and email channels to drive stakeholder awareness Support the delivery of clear and aligned training and communication efforts across the program Collaborate with internal communications teams and stakeholders to craft messages that resonate and engage audiences Lead initiatives to modernise communication approaches and explore new methods for message delivery Ensure consistent communication is maintained to retain stakeholder engagement and support change management initiatives.
