APS 6 Clinician - Affirmative Measures - Indigenous We are seeking candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, who are able to commit to a rostered 24/7 work environment and who possess experience in mental health settings providing intake and assessment and evidence-based brief counselling intervention. Candidates will be able to apply knowledge and experience gained from a relevant background in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or nursing with the ability to apply a holistic lens to their work. Candidates will demonstrate and enhance a positive team culture as frontline representatives of the Open Arms service and as APS employees. Candidates will have demonstrated experience in working with a telephone-based clinical service or an understanding of the opportunities and challenges of working within a call-center environment. Duties In this role, you will be responsible for: Providing intake and assessment services. Delivering evidence-based brief counselling interventions. Contributing to a positive team culture. Engaging effectively within a call-center environment.
