The Role A Business Intelligence & Analytics (BA&I) Workforce Planning Team Leader is accountable under limited direction to perform and achieve complex workforce management and planning work within an integrated workforce. They are accountable to ensure they have knowledge of and compliance with legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence's mission and policy requirements. They will work independently with the opportunity for reasonable autonomy and accountability for the achievement of outcomes of their work. They will exercise both initiative and judgement in the interpretation of policy and in the application of practices and procedures.

About our Team Force Structure Operations support the Military Workforce Design Division to plan, control, prioritise and assure the ADF force structure to realise an affordable and sustainable ADF workforce focused on the warfighting domains as part of the integrated Defence workforce.
