$83,706 - $89,659 + up to 15.4% Superannuation Campbell Park - ACT The Role The Project Support Officer role sits within the Business Optimisation team whose primary purpose is to provide ongoing development and review of Training Force Systems enabling all personnel to deliver outcomes in the most effective manner to achieve Training Force's mission.
The team optimise strategies and practices to find efficient ways of working through improved workflows, frameworks and systems.
As the Project Support Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and improving governance and reporting frameworks within an integrated workforce under broad direction.
Responsibilities include coordination of governance maturity assessment, risk management system, performance information, business planning activities, committee support, business intelligence data support, and scheduling the team work plan.
In this position you will report to the Governance and Reporting Officer and play a key role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of governance frameworks, systems, frameworks and tools, with a strong focus on achieving best practice and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for building and sustaining productive working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and performance complex duties to agreed priorities.
About our Team The Business Optimisation Team sits within the Business Enterprise Management Directorate at Navy Training Force Headquarters.
The team provides business optimisation services to Training Force to enable timely, efficient and accurate decision-making.
The team aims to identify and implement new methods and processes that seek to redesign and streamline, ensuring a continual improvement cycle is in place.
This role reports to the Governance and Reporting Officer and is located at Training Force Headquarters, Campbell Park.
