Your new role We are seeking candidates with experience in program management, stakeholder engagement and research abilities. You will be joining a small, dynamic and fast-paced team working on the implementation and improvement of an ongoing program.
We are looking for people who can deliver high quality work under pressure to meet tight timeframes, manage competing priorities and respond quickly and positively to change. The duties of the role include but are not limited to:
Have strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail with the ability to develop high quality, concise briefing, and other documents as well as tailor communications to target audiences. Be able to quickly understand, interpret and apply program legislation and policy frameworks to provide trusted and accurate advice and guidance. Be able to respond to operational, procedural and administrative related enquiries and apply the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to provide advice and services. Have the ability or an ability to develop skills to contribute to the development, implementation and review of the system and the implementation of legislation into that system. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will be a high-performing individual with previous experience in the APS in the same or similar role.
As well as this, the successful candidate will have the following skills and capabilities: A willingness to learn, understand and develop your government knowledge. Curiosity and enthusiasm to question and discover. An open mind and capacity to adapt to changing priorities. Attention to detail and ability to exercise judgement. Demonstrated skills in coordinating contributions from stakeholders and meeting deadlines Effective organisational skills to manage competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
