The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) implements the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which is one of the biggest social reforms in the country since Medicare. The NDIA is designed to enhance the quality of life and increase economic and social participation for people with disability and will mean a peace of mind for every Australian.A new role awaitsNew roles are being established in Service Delivery and we are looking for highly reliable and professional APS 5 Participant Support Officer (PSO) Practice Leads to play a major role in the ongoing support within the Service Delivery State/Territory based business units.Our PSO teams will provide frontline support for NDIS participants and other stakeholders as a first point of contact for front of house enquiries, resolving enquiries and booking appointments as well as supporting additional internal stakeholders.Please note:*These roles are available under Affirmative Measures – Disability/First Nations.
