As an APS5 Operations Officer, you'll play a critical role in supporting Home and Living programs, resolving complex enquiries, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities:Provide secretariat support and handle enquiries related to Home and Living decisionsResolve participant issues and complaints effectivelyLead initiatives that improve service processes and program outcomesAnalyze data to create reports and dashboards for operational planningContribute to team goals and performance targetsSupport and mentor team members on technical and administrative tasksContract Details:Start Date: 13th January 2025 (pending pre-employment checks)End Date: 31st December 2025Extensive background checks required, taking approximately 4 weeks.
