The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) implements the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which is one of the biggest social reforms in the country since Medicare. As an Agency, we support more than , participants with a significant and permanent disability, and the families and carers of those living with disability. For many Australians, this will be the first time they receive the disability support they need. The NDIA is designed to enhance the quality of life and increase economic and social participation for people with disability and will mean a peace of mind for every Australian. A new role awaitsWe are looking for a highly reliable, professional and experienced APS 5 Office Manager to play a major role in the ongoing support within the NSW ACT Operations team of the Service Delivery Branch. You will have autonomy to make decisions, use your initiative and get things done.As the Office Manager, you will have the ability to apply your own creativity and expertise within NDIA policy and procedure whilst interacting with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging relationships to resolve moderate to complex enquiries. Where you can add valueAs a valued member of the team, you will be able to identify issues and risks across a range of administration activities, set priorities and allocate work.Not every day will be the same and being adaptable is the key to success.
