About the Role In this position, you will provide essential project support for a range of dynamic and transformative initiatives.
You'll be pivotal in managing project components, from planning and scheduling to liaising with stakeholders and handling reporting.
Responsibilities include: Supporting various project management activities, such as consultation, planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Assisting in risk management and project reporting, including regular status updates and exception reports.
Coordinating with Project Support Officers to manage assigned projects effectively.
Engaging with stakeholders, third parties, and vendors to negotiate and resolve project issues.
Assisting in the development of project controls and delivering project support for the software lifecycle.

About You To excel in this role, you should possess: Demonstrated experience in project support or project management within large-scale programs.
Strong proficiency with project management tools, particularly Microsoft Project.
Experience generating consolidated program status reports for multiple project streams.
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project administration.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in establishing program information architecture.
Desirable Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Experience in project risk management.
