The Technology and Information Management team maintains Comcare's Information Communication and Technology infrastructure and provides strategic leadership, governance, solutions, and advice for the effective management of information. The ICT Assurance unit provides all Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions relating to Comcare's ICT systems. These include provision of Information Security, Information Management, Change and Release Management, and all Governance related functions. The Information Management unit within ICT Assurance provides information architecture and records management advice and guidance. They manage Comcare's records and provide mail services. They provide administrator, end-user support, and training for the Electronic Document Records Management Systems (EDRMS). Key Responsibilities

The Information Officer will provide technical and end-user support for Comcare's EDRMS such as Content Manager and SharePoint. They will provide guidance on records management functions to Comcare. They will work with the Senior Information Officer to achieve business tasks and goals that align with the objectives in the ICT Strategy. The Information Officer position duties will include assisting with the management of Comcare's records, maintaining team procedures and education documentation, and assisting with the management of mail and courier services. Mandatory Requirements

Sound knowledge of records management processes and experience in using records management systems specifically SharePoint and Content Manager. Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
