This is a 12-month assignment, with a strong possibility of extension.
The position offers flexibility and a pay rate of $55.24 per hour, plus super.In this role, you will support the Service Guidance and Practice Branch, ensuring that policy, system improvements, and enhancements are clearly communicated through operational guidelines.
You will play a key role in developing and updating letters, forms, fact sheets, and guides for both internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Conduct research, draft, and update internal and external guidance documentsInterpret policy and legislation and translate them into accessible guidelinesCreate or revise guidance materials based on stakeholder feedbackGain an understanding of participant pathways, specific participant groups, and technical processes in SAP CRM and PACE systemsProvide advice and insights on service delivery, procedural guidance, and operational matters as requiredEffectively manage multiple priorities, ensuring high standards, adherence to governance protocols, and meeting deadlines, while performing other duties as neededTo be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:Prior experience in a similar roleStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to interpret and draft complex policy and procedural information into clear, user-friendly guidanceExperience managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyThe capability to work with limited supervision, adhering to policies, standards, and precedentsExperience working with the Confluence platform and JIRA project management tool is highly desirable.Application Requirements:Applicants must hold Australian citizenship.Be willing to undergo an Australian Federal Police Check and completion of the Agency's screening checks, including; Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check.How to apply:If this role is of interest to you, APPLY NOW, with your current resume in MS Word format along with an expression of interest.
