We are looking to fill APS 5 Executive Assistant vacancies on a labour hire/non ongoing/s26 basis within the Federal Government.
Minimum Baseline Clearance preferred, or ability to obtain.

Labour Hire/Non-Ongoing/s26 available We are seeking individuals with a proven background in the Australian Public Service or the private sector with executive support/administrative who can operate in a fast paced and changing environment, add value through their effective communication skills, stakeholder engagement and display drive and initiative.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-profile Federal Government client and support senior executives in their mission to serve the Australian people.
The primary focus of the APS 5 Executive Assistant is to provide high level support by undertaking moderately complex administrative tasks for the First Assistant Secretary such as: Provide executive support to the Division Heads whilst delivering administrative advice to all areas that fall within the division.
Act as a central point of contact for the team.
Diary management and coordination, including scheduling appointments and organising travel.
Performing 'front of office' support functions, including greeting visitors, receiving, and responding to phone calls, emails and general correspondence.
Managing correspondence, including monitoring emails, preparing responses to routine and less complex enquiries; coordinating and tracking ministerial workflow; collating and follow up of information to ensure deadlines are met.
Arranging meetings and organising logistical arrangements (room bookings, refreshments and escorting external stakeholders).
Liaising with stakeholders of all levels Identifying and implementing projects to improve divisional culture, staff wellbeing, and achievement of divisional objectives.
The APS 5 Executive Assistant role is best suited to candidates who have: Australian Citizenship is required for Federal Government.
Minimum Baseline Clearance preferred.
Experience in providing administrative support to senior executives.
A demonstrated capacity to liaise with a diverse range of people and build productive working relationships.
Have strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt to competing priorities and stay focused in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
Have excellent communication and office management skills and enjoy working within a diverse and dynamic team environment.
Demonstrate integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive business matters.
The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
