Job OverviewWe are seeking curious, motivated, adaptable professionals with a passion for learning and building their skills to join the Performance Statements Audit Services Group, to take the next step in their career and contribute to the ongoing development of the new performance statements audit function.
The key duties of the position include:Individually or as part of a team, undertake performance statements audits varying in complexity;Provide high-level assistance in the conduct of audits;Provide professional or technical support;Assist in drafting audit strategies/reports/plans;Develop and maintain effective client relationships;Conduct analytical problem solving and evaluate government programs and administration;Make a positive contribution to the development of the Performance Statements Audit Services Group.Who we are looking forWe are looking for people that are curious, team-minded, and skilled in communicating with others – and that will fit with our high integrity and performance culture.

Desirable qualificationsThere are no mandatory qualifications for this role; however, tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or experience in evaluation are highly desirable.
EligibilityCitizenship: To be eligible for employment with the ANAO, applicants must be an Australian citizen.
Security Clearance: The Australian community requires the highest level of integrity from ANAO employees.
The preferred applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance.
